Site survey
Measurements are taken on site: current air change rate, extraction points, duct routing and electrical infrastructure are checked in person.
Design
Airflow and pressure drop are calculated, filter class and fans are selected. Decisions are based on calculation, not guesswork.
Engineering
Shop drawings, room schedule and cost are prepared. Before approval, you know exactly what goes where.
Installation
Duct fabrication, installation and commissioning. The installation schedule follows your shift pattern.
Maintenance
Filter replacement, belt and pulley checks, fan balancing and periodic performance measurement.
