About Elbey Mühendislik

About us

With 15 years of experience in the field, Elbey Mühendislik designs ventilation systems through industrial air engineering — an area we believe the sector lacks — with a focus on controlling system cost and efficiency.

Elbey Mühendislik Ventilation and Air Conditioning solves air-related problems in production facilities. Our job is not just selling equipment; it is calculating where the air enters and leaves a space, turning that into a system, and proving by measurement that the system works.

Our clients are factories, production plants, food and pharmaceutical manufacturing areas, hospitals and industrial kitchens. What these facilities have in common is that ventilation is a production condition, not a comfort feature: with the wrong filter class the product spoils, with insufficient extraction the operator is exposed to dust, and without pressure cascades a clean room does not stay clean.

How we work

Every job starts with a site survey. We visit the facility, look at the existing system and measure airflow and pressure drop. The quote is built on these measurements — not on a fan picked from a catalogue.

We fabricate ductwork in our own workshop. Because we produce galvanised rectangular and spiral ducts ourselves, revisions on site are solved without waiting for suppliers.

At the end of the job, commissioning measurements are taken and the results are delivered in writing. After that, we follow the system's performance under a periodic maintenance contract.

Certification and team

Our staff hold occupational health and safety certificates and all required professional qualifications.
