The site survey is free and creates no obligation. We visit the facility, see the current situation and take the necessary measurements. The report stays with you; if you wish, you can use it to get quotes from other companies as well.

We are based in Bursa and carry out projects across Türkiye.

Three things determine the duration: the size of the facility, equipment lead times and the time windows available for installation. Long-lead equipment (air handling units, special fans, control panels) is ordered first; duct fabrication is completed in the workshop during this time. So when the equipment arrives, installation does not wait. The schedule prepared after the survey states the duration of each stage in writing.

Yes. Galvanised rectangular and spiral round ducts are made in our own workshop. On site this means: when a special part is needed to go around a column, the measurement is taken, the part is made the same week and installation does not wait for a supplier.

The existing installation is measured and an upgrade design is prepared for the parts that fall short.

We offer periodic maintenance contracts; scope and frequency are set for each facility.

Equipment selection starts from the calculation, not the brand. Among the units that match the calculated airflow and pressure, we choose based on the efficiency curve, sound level, maintenance access and availability of spare parts. If a brand is already used in your facility, continuing with it is often more sensible for spare parts and ease of maintenance.

Airflow calculations, pressure drop calculations and shop drawings are delivered.

Commissioning measurements are taken at the end of every job: grille airflows, duct velocities, fan current values and room sound levels are recorded. These measurements prove that the system works as designed and serve as the reference for comparison if a problem arises later.

The installation plan is built around the facility's shift pattern and planned shutdown calendar. Because duct fabrication is completed in the workshop in advance, time on site is shorter. In most jobs installation is completed section by section without stopping production.
