As ELBEY MÜHENDİSLİK HAVALANDIRMA SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“Elbey Mühendislik”), acting as data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), we process the personal data you share through our website as described below.

Which personal data we process

  • Identity and contact: name and phone number (required); e-mail and company name (optional).
  • Request details: facility type, approximate area, timing and your message (optional).
  • Transaction security: IP address, browser information and time of submission.
  • Marketing measurement: the page the form was sent from and, if present, campaign parameters (utm).
  • Cookie data: only with your consent, visit statistics (Google Analytics). Details are in our privacy policy.

How the data is collected

Data is collected electronically from you through the survey and quote forms on this site; IP address, browser information and cookie data are collected automatically while you use the site. Information you share when you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail is processed for the same purposes.

Purposes and legal grounds

  • Responding to your request, planning a site survey and preparing a quote — directly related to the establishment of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).
  • Blocking automated and malicious form submissions, keeping the site secure — legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
  • Measuring which pages and campaigns bring in requests — legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
  • Visit statistics (Google Analytics) and the map on the contact page (Google Maps) — explicit consent (Art. 5/1). You give consent through the cookie banner at the bottom of the site and can withdraw it at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link.
  • If a business relationship is established, record-keeping and documentation obligations under applicable law — legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç).

To whom and why the data is transferred

Your data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing. It may be transferred only to the following parties, to provide the service:

  • Hosting and e-mail service provider: to run the website and deliver form notifications. As the provider's servers are located abroad, data submitted through the forms is transferred abroad under KVKK Art. 9.
  • Google LLC: only with your explicit consent, for visit statistics and map display. Google's servers are located abroad; this transfer is based on your explicit consent under KVKK Art. 9.
  • Authorised public authorities: where required by law.

When you write to us on WhatsApp, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp (Meta) infrastructure and is subject to that service's own privacy terms.

Retention period

If no business relationship is established, request records are kept for no longer than two years and are then deleted. If a business relationship is established, they are kept for the periods required by applicable law. Cookie durations are listed in our privacy policy.

Your rights under KVKK Art. 11

By applying to the data controller, you have the right to:

  • learn whether your personal data is processed,
  • request information if it has been processed,
  • learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
  • know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
  • request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
  • request deletion or destruction under the conditions of KVKK Art. 7,
  • request that corrections and deletions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
  • object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis,
  • claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

No:24/A, Nilüfer / Bursa, Türkiye, or by e-mail from the address registered with us to resul@elbeymuhendislik.com. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the process requires an additional cost, the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
